I have a few hours to spare before heading off to work. Allowing the aroma of coffee to fill my room. Reminds me of mist covered windows, and warm blankets; of roasting chestnuts, and freshly baked cookies. Steam rising from a hot bowl of chowder, that dissipates into the air and adds warmth to fond conversations with friends and family. The only thing missing now are bacon and eggs, and french toast. I’m so freakin excited to open our restaurant!

We’ve been working really hard and it’s only been a week but we’ve managed to secure a location, we’ve already hired someone to demolish the infrastructure currently occupying the place; we’re working on sketches, food planning and we’ve stayed up all night zoning the restaurant’s floor plan. Can’t wait to tell y’all other neat stuff, but we promised we’d keep it a secret until we’ve secured all legal matters. It’s going to be colossal, epic themed restaurant! I’m sure a lot of you will love it! Ugh, can’t wait!
