I wrote a lot of essays, during my formative college years, DRUNK. Shit landed me high scores. Pretty soon I was shooting an entire movie with a bottle of tequila and a pack of Black Bat. This basically sums up why— I forgot what I was gonna say. Lol! Guess I’m not drunk enough. No, I am not drinking right now. Huwat did you call me?! Pffftt! My point is, writing when you’re drunk is awesome kids! Even my grandpa came up with an entire collection of poems, while having a glass of red wine. And if that doesn’t convince you, take it from Adele, who I believe wrote majority of her songs while intoxicated. As Hemingway gladly put it, “Write drunk; edit sober.”
